Arabella Acquisition LLC is a private Illinois corporation listed as the controlling entity for Arabella Advisors, a consultancy to left-of-center foundations and donors based in Washington, D.C. ¹ Arabella Advisors in turn manages a network of nonprofits whose collective revenues totaled nearly $1.7 billion in 2020 alone. ² This “dark money” network in turn controls a vast collection of activist groups and websites working on center- and far-left political causes. However, few details about Arabella Acquisition are known.

A related corporation, Arabella Advisors Holdings, is also listed as the controlling entity for Arabella Advisors in Illinois; the relationship between the two holding companies is unknown, but the former is believed to be a holding company for Arabella Advisors. ^{1 3}

As of November 2025, Arabella Advisors announced that it would be ceasing operations after being acquired by a newly formed public benefit corporation (PBC) named Sunflower Services. A press release announcing the acquisition stared that Sunflower Services was owned by New Venture Fund, Windward Fund, and Hopewell Fund. ⁴
