Anne T. Bass is an American philanthropist who is married to billionaire entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist Robert Bass. She is the director and president of the Anne T. and Robert M. Bass Foundation, which contributes millions to health, education, and performing arts programs, mainly in the Fort Worth area.
In the 2020 election cycle, Anne Bass and her husband contributed heavily to Democratic candidates and committees with the goal of obtaining a Democratic majority in both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.
Education
Anne received a B.A. from Smith College in 1970 and an M.L.A. from Stanford University in 2007. 2 It was established in 1985 as a private grantmaking foundation. 5
